VR 04 rims are made out of 6061 heat-treated aluminum and forged and machined into rolling works of art. The entire manufacturing process focuses on building a high-quality forged wheel. Rigorous quality testing follows, ensuring that the wheel conforms to strict standards before chrome plating or powder coating takes place. Once the finish has been applied, VIP Modular wheels are then assembled by hand using the best valve stems and fasteners available. Once assembled, the wheels are then hand-torqued to exact specifications.
