BMW Cars
Founded in 1916, BMW (Bavarian Motor Works) is a worldwide manufacturer of some of the most high-performance and luxury vehicles on Earth. Besides building eye-catching cars, they also produce motorcycles and is the current parent company of both the MINI and Rolls-Royce car brands.
What first started out as a company that built aircraft engines, the company shifted to motorcycle production in 1923 and then started making cars in 1928. The notorious circular blue and white BMW logo is often alleged to portray the movement of an airplane propeller, to signify the white blades cutting through the blue sky. Currently, a BMW car cuts through the tarmac with its high-performance components and luxurious reputation.
